Shelving Installation in Seminole & Pinellas County, FL
Closet systems, floating shelves, garage storage, pantry and laundry shelving — mounted level, anchored properly, and rated for what you actually put on them.

Shelving looks like the simplest job on this list and is the one most often done badly. The difference between a shelf that holds and a shelf that pulls out of the wall in six months is entirely in the anchoring — whether it hit studs, and whether the right anchor was used where it could not.
We install closet systems, floating shelves, garage and utility racks, pantry shelving, laundry room shelves, and bookcases secured to the wall. Level, anchored to hold real weight, and finished so the hardware is not the first thing you see.

Anchoring Into Pinellas County Walls
A detail that matters enormously here and almost nowhere up north: many Pinellas homes are concrete block construction, and a lot of exterior walls are block with furring strips rather than conventional wood studs. Drywall anchors meant for stud-framed walls do not hold in that assembly. Getting shelving to hold on a block wall means masonry anchors and a hammer drill, and it is the single most common reason a previously installed shelf failed.
Garage shelving is its own case. Pinellas garages run hot and humid year-round, which warps particleboard shelving and rusts uncoated steel racks. Coated steel or solid wood holds up considerably better, and overhead racks need to be anchored into actual framing rather than just the ceiling drywall.
In the 55-plus communities across Largo — Fairway Village, Ranchero Village, Palm Hill, and the others — manufactured home walls are thinner and framed differently than site-built homes. Anchoring shelving in those requires a different approach again, and standard heavy-duty anchors can do real damage. It is worth having someone who knows the difference.
