A home maintenance plan is a set schedule of handyman visits — usually two to twelve per year — where the same checklist is completed every time: HVAC filters, drain lines, caulk, detectors, leaks, and a list of small repairs. You get a photo report after each visit.

How much does a home maintenance plan cost?

What happens if you find a bigger problem?

We photograph it, explain it, and give you a quote. No extra work is ever done without your approval. Plan members get priority scheduling for any additional work.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans run visit to visit and you can pause, change, or cancel any time.

Do you work on homes outside Seminole?
